Free towing is available for passenger vehicles of any make, model year 2014 or newer, located within 30 km of 15250 104 Ave, Surrey, BC. Eligibility is confirmed when you complete the qualification questions on this site and again by the dispatcher when you call.
Your vehicle will be towed to Go North Surrey GM, 15250 104 Ave, Surrey, BC. We cannot tow to another location under this offer. If you would prefer a different destination, the dispatcher can quote you a standard rate.
The tow is free whether or not you proceed with any recommended repair. You are under no obligation to authorize work, and no charge will be made for the tow if you decline. If you would rather move the vehicle elsewhere after receiving an estimate, we will help you arrange that.
One tow per customer per breakdown, billed directly to Go North Surrey GM by the participating tow operator. You will not be asked to pay for the covered tow and will not need to claim anything back.
Charges beyond the covered distance, or additional services such as winching, off-road recovery, or specialized equipment, may be charged to you. These will be quoted to you before dispatch.
Collisions and accidents, which are typically covered by your insurance; impound and repossession tows; lockouts, battery boosts, fuel delivery, and tire changes; motorcycles, heavy trucks, RVs, and commercial fleet vehicles.
Vehicles left on the premises more than 14 days after a written estimate has been provided may be subject to storage charges at our posted daily rate. You will be notified in writing before any storage charges begin.
Towing is subject to tow operator availability and to road, traffic, and weather conditions. This offer applies only to tows arranged through the phone number published on this site. We may withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
Tow with Go arranges towing through participating local tow operators. Tow with Go does not operate tow trucks and is not a roadside assistance provider. Repairs are performed by Go North Surrey GM, a licensed motor dealer in British Columbia, at 15250 104 Ave, Surrey, BC.
